Micaela Milano
Board Chairman and External Affairs
After obtaining a M.B.A. from Florida International University and spending eight years in Global Payments and Cash Management for one of the world’s largest financial institutions, Micaela made the leap to reinvent herself in the field of fitness, wellbeing, and energy healing. Micaela is a 200hr RYT student of Dharma Yoga in NYC, certified teacher of kid yoga ages 2-13 under Next Generation Yoga, a A.C.E. certified fitness instructor, an Advanced Health Coach through Dr. Sears Wellness Institute, Reiki level I and II, Seraphim Blueprint Angelic Healing System levels 1-5, Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, and a Hibiscus Moon Certified Crystal Healer.
Micaela spent over ten years as a professional in business banking and global treasury management sales, companies ranging from small to large corporates, before transitioning into an independent consulting role to help other businesses develop and restructure their organization. Micaela has a wide range of experience working with various types of businesses on operating cash flow, management, and was a Certified Treasury Professional through the Association for Financial Professionals. Micaela’s unique exposure to all facets of business provider her with the experience to think critically, wisely and confidently about managing cash flow, payables/receivables, business relationships, team management, banking needs, treasury workstation systems and merchant services.
The passion and desire to support humanity in advancing and healing in all areas of life is Micaela’s soul mission. At one point consumed by the heaviness of societal pressures, childhood traumas, and health ailments; Micaela decided to look inward and commit to lasting change. As the inner shifts, mental rewiring, emotional healing, and holistic wellness continued to unfold Micaela relearned the beauty and meaning of inner peace and balance.

Hello Everyone my name is Mira and I’m a person in long-term recovery. For me, that means that it has been quite some time since I’ve lived a lifestyle that led me on a path of destruction only to find that I lost everything that ever mattered to me.
I’m proud to say that I’ve inspired many into motivated action to begin their own recovery journey. Currently, I’m continuing work on my certification to become an Integrative Behavioral Health and Wellness Coach which includes being a Peer Support Recovery Coach so that I may serve my clients with even more love and expertise.
Today I want people to know that if they are willing to make a change there is plenty of love and support available to make that change possible.
I also would like others to know that recovery is possible to everyone, no matter your age, language, cultural background, or any other barriers that try to stand in your way. Today I speak out loud about my recovery to reduce stigma and so that others can have more opportunities to find their wellness and maintain a new way of living.

Brigitte is a Nurse Practitioner who graduated with honors from State University Of New York At Stony Brook, School Of Medicine in 2002, and has been practicing internal medicine for over 20 years. Brigitte decided to take a leap into regenerative medicine and aesthetics to further enrich her scope of practice. With certifications in Bioidentical Hormone Therapy, Peptide Therapy, gut health inflammation, IV vitamin drips, and ketamine therapy, Brigitte’s expansive knowledge base has offered limitless value to her patient’s healing journey.
As a Nurse Practitioner in multiple states across America with in-depth experience and a variety of certifications, Brigitte brings significant value to those looking to live a life of wellness and recovery. Brigitte cares deeply for the wellbeing of Metatron members and hand-holds each individual throughout their health journey.
Jenny I.
Head of Culture and Training
Jenny Israel is a Medical Intuitive, Certified Energy Therapist and Spiritual Wellness Counselor. She is a Certified Professional Life Coach and has been attuned in Reiki I, II and III and Levels 1-6 of the Seraphim Blueprint System. She is also a
Levels 1-6 Seraphim Blueprint Teacher.
Jenny started developing her Intuitive and Healing gifts in 2009. After dealing with her own health crisis a few years ago, she dove deeper into her healing profession. The ability to see her client’s energy blocks began to strengthen and she soon realized that she was channeling information directly related to physical, emotional and mental illness. She began collaborating with holistic doctors on special cases to test information that was coming through and found that she was experiencing about a 90-95% rate of accuracy.
With continued practice her connection with Spirit led her to even deeper work. In addition to Energy Therapy, Jenny now offers her clients medical intuitive readings, soul level clearing and healing, auric clearing, spiritual counseling, essential oil therapy, and land and home healing and clearing. About a year ago, Jenny expanded her treatment to children and animals.

Lisa has a history of working with non-profits in various capacities including secretarial work. Lisa’s desire to help others guided her to the field of working in health care.
